Returns and Warranty Information

Zeropong guarantees the original purchaser with 30 DAYS free parts and labor in the unlikely event of any product defect caused by material or workmanship.

The product should be returned with proof of purchase and the original packaging.

The product will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at Zeropong's discretion

ALL returns must be approved via email at orders@zeropong.com

No Warranty on the Following:

Used Rubber

Equipment with physical damage due to mishandling or abuse

Wear from normal play

Used balls

Custom bats or other products made to the customer's specifications.
